During this class, youll learn each step of making sourdough bread, from start to finish. From feeding your starter that you’ll keep and shaping your own loaf that you’ll get to take home and bake later, to being able to see and feel “the crumb” as well as taste fresh baked sourdough. Tuition includes a sourdough starter kit which you keep, that has everything you’ll need to continue baking at home except the Dutch oven. If you do not already have one we can add one to the cost of your tuition and have it ready for you to take home the day of class.
