Art is about expressing yourself in a way that connects with others. Technology has always been part of the process: from discovering charcoal could be used on cave walls, to the development of chisels for sculpture formation, to the CGI of today.
In “Introduction to Digital Art,” Kevin Tafoya opens the world of digital expression to you. It’s a new avenue for seeing into the minds and hearts of artists.
Tafoya’s creations placed at the Kananesgi Art Competition, and he looks forward to sharing what he’s learned with you.
*The first hour covers basic use of the “Procreate” app for IOS and “Sketchbook” app for Android.
*The second hour is a guided workshop as you create, using your device.
*To get the most from this class, you need to download either the “Procreate” app for IOS or “Sketchbook” app for Android. You need a stylus. Either an Apple Pencil or a Wacom Pen is recommended.
