Mainspring Conservation Trust is a non-profit organization that aims to conserve the waters, forests, farms and heritage of the Upper Little Tennessee and Hiwassee River Valleys in the Southern Blue Ridge region. The organization is dedicated to three core initiatives: conserving the land, restoring the water, and connecting people to these valuable resources. Mainspring has helped conserve more than 29,000 acres in this nationally significant region. The organization also provides educational programs that connect kids to nature.
