You can make your own fresh pasta at home! You’ll learn how to make Egg Pasta Dough and turn it into noodles, as well as how to make 2-3 handmade shapes. We’ll also demonstrate a simple pan sauce to top the pasta you made in class and have a tasting. These recipes and techniques can be the inspiration for all the pasta creations you can dream up at home.
You’ll leave the class with recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and the pasta you made in class.
