Winter Discount to local residents for select classes January through March.
Winter discounts will run from December 1 through January 15. This local discount on tuition is
available to those residing in the following counties: North Carolina: Cherokee, Clay, Macon,
Swain, Jackson, and Graham. Georgia: Fannin, Towns, Union, Gilmer, and Rabun. Tennessee:
