Learn the art and science of making ganache for mouth watering truffles. Participants will take home a large assortment of truffles to enjoy.
A two day class on Friday, May 22nd from 6:30-8:00pm and Saturday, May 23rd from 6:30-8:00pm.
*Minimum 4 students for class to run
